Abacus Fundraising has been helping New Zealand schools and ECE centres with fundraising with unique, fun and affordable products for more than 20 years.

Here's how it works

1. Order the art paper now for every child on your roll and we will send it to you FREE OF CHARGE along with fundraising information and parent order forms.
2. Have the children/students complete their artwork when it suits your school or ECE centre.
3. Take orders and payment from families by sending out the supplied Parent Order Forms (or use our templates to print your own).
4. Once the orders are collated, return them to us using the pre-paid courier tickets we send you.
5. We return the products to you along with the original artwork (orders can take up to 2 weeks to process but generally are dispatched within a few days).
6. We invoice with delivery so there is no upfront expense and 30 days to pay.
